I moved to Naperville with my family a year ago, and Christine found our first house to rent. Well, a year went by and the owner decided to return and low and behold, Christine found us another amazing house! And, she did so by printing a catalogue of (18) of our favorites and taking us on a tour of them all one Saturday afternoon. Christine and Susan were such a dynamic duo! In spite of the timing of the listing of our home, we were able to sell in under a month, after going with the best of three bona fide offers, at 95% of our asking price. We loved their metrics and research of comps and knowledge of our market. They adapted immediately with all of the extra rules and precautions that came alone with Covid-19 issues (limited number of people in our home at one time, signed attestations of health and well being before being “qualified” for a showing, etc.). The use of Facebook to record our open house was excellent in any situation, but especially with a public health emergency) as it could be seen my anyone, any time, as many times as desired. Also, the 3-D tour was just as cool as it was helpful for interested buyers to see the entire property, 24/7, and even do measurements! Susan was superb in dealing with the appraiser. They both offered very helpful advice about managing the multiple offers and in negotiations. We were kept in touch with in real-time and the app the used was very helpful as well. They are both are very trustworthy, communicated clearly, responded immediately to all calls or texts and really held our hands when we needed support! Ethical, professional, highly recommended. Really aggressive...in a very good way. Her research is very impressive. We never felt as though she was guessing or vague about what the market was doing. When we needed to touch up things or make last minute improvements to the house, Christine offered a wealth of knowledge about contractors, electricians, etc. Her follow through was equally thorough. She stays on the mission, no lack of communication. Her strategy is to give you realistic expectations about how to market your home so it sells fast.
