Christine and Susan were such a dynamic duo! In spite of the timing of the listing of our home, we were able to sell in under a month, after going with the best of three bona fide offers, at 95% of our asking price. They adapted immediately with all of the extra rules and precautions that came alone with Covid-19 issues (limited number of people in our home at one time, signed attestations of health and well being before being “qualified” for a showing, etc.).
