We were very impressed with the B&W team who presented the sale of our house early this year. The fears we had entering the real estate market was basically what did we need to do to prepare our home for sale since we have been in this house for over 20 years. We were looking for direction. We loved the fact that Christine knew our neighborhood and knew Naperville in overall. We listened to the team and understood what we needed to do. I’m not sure what we would do differently as we were successful in selling our home.
